We are committed to continuing professional development for our staff. Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid training is updated annually for all employees.
In addition to this, staff undertake a series of self-elected CPD modules, such as ‘Characteristics of Effective Teaching and Learning’ and ‘Being a Key Person’. These early years-focussed training sessions upskill our educators, making sure that the learning at Carey Hall implements the latest practices and theories of education.
Our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Lead, Pam, updates her qualification every year to stay up to date with new statutory requirements and the best practice in this area of education.
